The site required a lively eye-catching design coupled with powerful functionality that was easy for it’s members to use.

The homepage features three distinct calls to action for employer sign up, job seeker sign up and further information for non members.

The homepage also incorporates a list of the latest backpacker jobs in Australia together with a powerful search function for users to quickly filter results matching their specific requirements.

Once logged in job seekers can upload their resumes for potential employers to browse – registered employers are notified automatically when a job seeker matching a specific profile submits their details making the connection process between employee and employer quick, convenient and effective.

Job seekers can also build and save their own short-list of jobs, set their own job alerts and make applications directly from the website.

Registered Employers can create their own online profile for job seekers to view, registration is free and employers are able to post as many free job listing as they require.

Employers can also configure their own email alerts for immediate notification when a job seeker with a matching profile uploads their resume to the site, they can browse resumes using the powerful search function and receive and manage applications for job roles directly on the site.

Building on the theme of home decoration and maintenance the design of the Simply Decors site needed to be clean, fresh and professional. The last thing a specialist maintenance business needs is a DIY website!

The design includes numerous visual cues relevant to the target audience including the wooden background, tiling effect on the left-hand navigation and service based imagery – visitors to the site get a feel for the company before they’ve even read the intro.

The Simply Decors website is powered by an intuitive and flexible content management system giving the owner complete control over all aspects of the website content.
